Could your clients benefit from an online tutorial on mortgage rates? Are your clients brand new homeowners looking for information on the best neighborhood to raise a family? What item of value can you offer your clients?

Think carefully about a product, service or tool that’s useful to your potential clients. Use social media to engage with your existing clients and invite their suggestions for ideas.
